Privacy Policy

Keeply is a Shopify embedded app that predicts customer churn based on individual purchase rhythm. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

When you install Keeply, we copy the following data from your Shopify store. We do not query Shopify in real time when you open your dashboard.

Customers:

• First name, last name, email address, account creation date
• Order history: ID, date, total price, currency, financial status
• Product metadata: title, type, vendor

Store: domain, currency, timezone, name, installation date.

We do not collect payment cards, addresses, phone numbers, or passwords.

How We Use Your Data

• Compute each customer's ADBO — their individual purchase rhythm
• Classify customers as New, Active, At Risk, or Lost
• Calculate Revenue at Risk for your dashboard
• Send a weekly email digest (only if you opt in)

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data Storage

PostgreSQL on Fly.io (US East — Virginia). Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

Weekly Digest Email

Delivered via Resend (resend.com). Disable anytime from Settings.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Sessions cleared immediately on app/uninstalled
• All data permanently deleted within 48 hours on shop/redact

Contact support@usekeeply.app for early deletion.

Customer Data Requests

• Deletion (customers/redact): personal data deleted immediately
• Access (customers/data_request): export delivered within 30 days
