Keeply is an embedded Shopify app that analyzes customer purchase history to predict churn risk. It displays customer segments and Revenue at Risk inside your Shopify Admin.
Churn predictions are probabilistic estimates — not guarantees. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or inaccuracies.
Keeply, including its algorithms, design, and codebase, is proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the Service.
Keeply's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
